Inbox Maestro is a B2B SaaS solution designed exclusively for professional clients. The platform allows users to send draft or test versions of their email campaigns to a dedicated Inbox Maestro address, for the purpose of analysis, scoring, and recommendations.

The service does not process real recipient data, and clients remain fully responsible for the content they submit.

- Client property: All emails, test campaigns, and content submitted to Inbox Maestro remain the sole property of the client.
- Limited rights of use: By submitting content, clients grant Inbox Maestro a limited, non-exclusive right to process, analyze, and temporarily store such content strictly for the purpose of delivering the requested analysis and recommendations.
- Restrictions: Inbox Maestro does not claim ownership of submitted content and does not use it for commercial purposes outside the scope of the service.

- Proprietary materials: All algorithms, scoring systems, analyses, reports, and any intellectual property developed by Inbox Maestro remain the exclusive property of Viaretina, unless otherwise agreed under a specific contractual arrangement.
- Restrictions: Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Inbox Maestro’s proprietary materials is strictly prohibited.

Inbox Maestro provides analyses and recommendations on a best-effort basis. While methodologies are research-based and may include AI-assisted content generation, we make no guarantees as to absolute accuracy, completeness, or business outcomes.

The insights provided should be reviewed and adapted by clients to fit their specific campaign needs. We cannot be held responsible for any errors, misinterpretations, or outcomes resulting from reliance on such content.

For B2B transactions, our liability is strictly limited to the value of the services purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business, or reputation.

Our platform may contain links to external websites or references to third-party materials. We do not control these external resources and cannot be held responsible for their availability, accuracy, or any damages resulting from their use. Clients are advised to exercise discretion when accessing third-party resources.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lille (France).

- Some technical services, particularly those involving artificial intelligence analysis, are hosted on dedicated Viaretina infrastructure at Hetzner (Germany).

Inbox Maestro services are provided on the basis of subscriptions or prepaid analysis credits. Subscriptions are generally annual commitments, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Credits and analyses purchased are valid for one (1) year from the date of the order. If additional credits are purchased during the subscription period, the expiration date of all remaining credits is automatically extended to one (1) year from the date of the latest purchase.

Payments are by default processed immediately via credit card (through Stripe).Exceptionally, and subject to Viaretina’s prior written approval, payments may also be accepted by bank transfer upon invoice, particularly in the case of enterprise contracts, tailored solutions, or large-volume purchases. In such cases, payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date.

Late payments shall automatically result in suspension of access to the service until full payment is received. Legal interest on overdue amounts shall also apply in accordance with French commercial law.

By default, subscriptions and purchased analyses are non-refundable. However, in the event of termination for legitimate and material reasons (as determined by Viaretina on a case-by-case basis), a refund may be granted for the unused portion of services. In such cases, only unconsumed credits will be reimbursed, and solely for the period not yet elapsed.

No refunds are provided for partially used services or expired credits. Nevertheless, when additional credits are purchased during the subscription period, the expiration date of all remaining credits (including unused ones) is automatically extended to one (1) year from the date of the latest purchase.

Clients may request termination of their subscription only at the end of the contractual period, except in cases of legitimate and material reasons accepted by Viaretina. In cases of breach of these Terms & Conditions (including but not limited to non-payment or misuse of the service), Viaretina reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to the service, without prejudice to any amounts still owed by the client.

Annual subscriptions renew automatically for successive one-year terms, unless cancelled by written notice at least thirty (30) days before the renewal date.

All test emails and campaign content submitted to Inbox Maestro are treated as strictly confidential and remain the sole property of the client. Inbox Maestro does not process real recipient data, and no client databases are accessed.

Viaretina complies with applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR. Further details on data handling, retention, and security measures are available in our dedicated Privacy Policy.

Inbox Maestro analyses and insights are partly generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence models. As such, results may vary depending on subjective perception, context of use, and evolving technical factors.

Viaretina does not guarantee that the analyses, recommendations, or AI-generated insights will be free from error, fully accurate, or universally applicable. The service is provided on a best-effort basis, and clients remain responsible for validating the insights before applying them in their business context.

To ensure customer satisfaction, clients may request regeneration of certain AI-generated content, within reasonable limits defined by Viaretina. Such requests are intended as a service courtesy and do not alter the principle that the service is provided “as is”.

Viaretina uses industry-standard hosting and infrastructure to ensure high service availability and performance. While no specific service level agreement (SLA) is guaranteed, all reasonable efforts are made to provide continuous access to the platform and to resolve incidents promptly. Planned maintenance will be communicated whenever feasible.

Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, internet or power outages, or failures of third-party providers. In such cases, obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event.
