- Hetzner (Germany): Dedicated servers hosting Inbox Maestro’s AI (Mistral), ensuring all analyses are processed in Europe.
- Stripe: Processes online payments, in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

We implement strong authentication, encryption, and restricted access measures to safeguard your information. Sensitive payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe. No client data is ever sent to ChatGPT or OpenAI.

We retain personal data and test campaign analyses for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and to comply with legal obligations. The retention period may vary depending on contractual or regulatory requirements.
